A creamy blend of garbanzo beans, feta, spinach, and spices with crudites and crostini. Drizzled with preserved lemon oil

Sweet Corn Fritters:

A perfect blend of sweet and savory, these fluffy fritters are fried to a crispy exterior and served with a spicy honey sriracha aioli sauce

Roasted garlic parmesan chickpeas, herb grilled chicken breast, and ripe tomatoes are served over crisp romaine lettuce with a creamy basil dressing on the side

Cobblestone Salad (GF)

Cranberries, candied pecans, red onion, and feta cheese served over spring greens with a Dijon balsamic dressing on the side

Mexican Street Corn Pasta Salad

A take on classic Mexican street food, fresh corn, black beans, cilantro, scallions, cotija cheese, and avocado are tossed with farfalle pasta and drizzled with a spicy lime dressing

Fresh sliced turkey, granny smith apple slices, and melted cheddar cheese served on cinnamon swirl bread

Guinness marinated angus beef with shoestring fried onions, peppered bacon, roasted garlic mayo, Guinness braised onions, and sharp cheddar cheese on buttery brioche bun


The Golden Goose

Buttermilk cheesy fried chicken breast, spicy honey butter glaze, cooling mayo, and shredded lettuce piled high on a brioche bun


Bulgogi Pulled Pork

Slow roasted garlic and ginger marinated pork piled high on buttery brioche with pickled red onion, cucumbers, and radishes

Tuna, white beans, red onion, capers, and cherry tomatoes are tossed in a light dill mayo, piled high on toasted French baguette, and topped with basil chiffonade

Mushroom Ragu Crepes

French crepes stuffed with a roasted mushroom and cheese ragu, and drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar and truffle oil


Citrus Crab Cakes

Orange, lime, and lemon zest are combined with lump crabmeat to create irresistible crab cakes served over spring greens with roasted red pepper aioli


Thai Chicken Paratha Wrap

Thai marinated chicken is sauteed with julienned onions, red peppers, and tomatoes, then drizzled with mango chutney and raita, a cooling cucumber yogurt sauce, then wrapped in paratha, an Indian flatbread


Mango Salmon and Rice Salad (GF)

Purple sticky rice, red onion, and cilantro tossed with a light mango vinaigrette and topped with a citrus marinated wild caught salmon
